WWEC 2020 has ended
A Few Notes For the Day:

* WEA Individual Consultation Appointments: WEA will be hosting individual consultation appointments throughout the day. Please see the sign-up link within the first session, "WEA Member Benefits - Individual Consultation Sign-Up Links". If you sign up for an appointment, please do not select a break-out session during that time. Space is limited in all sessions so we need to be able to account for every seat.

* 5-10 Minute Chair Massages will be taking place from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in Room 234 courtesy of Tina W. There is no sign-up, just walk-up appointments.

* Parking: There is limited street parking around Central High School. Shuttles will be available from the former K-Mart parking lot to Central.

* Lunch: There will not be lunch offered this year through WWEC.  Please feel free to signup to attend the La Crosse Soup session from 11:20-12:50 in the New Commons. Attending this session has a suggested donation of $5. Like a La Crosse SOUP event, $5 will get you a soup lunch and a vote for your favorite pitch. Each middle school will be giving a pitch on a way to better their school or their community.  All donations will directly help fund the winning pitch!

#HMoobYouthRise - How you can support HMoob youth in school. LIMITED

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Limited Capacity seats available

It is important that when we talk about how to support HMoob youth in schools, that they are the center of the discussion and the ones leading it. Most often times, when we ask for answers, it is from adults who are removed from the school setting. Learn from a panel of HMoob youth from the La Crosse County area about how they want to be taught in school and how you can be an ally to marginalized students.

Take Away:
Attendees should expect to take away an analysis on how HMoob youth want to be taught and their lived experiences while attending school.
