WWEC 2020 has ended
A Few Notes For the Day:

* WEA Individual Consultation Appointments: WEA will be hosting individual consultation appointments throughout the day. Please see the sign-up link within the first session, "WEA Member Benefits - Individual Consultation Sign-Up Links". If you sign up for an appointment, please do not select a break-out session during that time. Space is limited in all sessions so we need to be able to account for every seat.

* 5-10 Minute Chair Massages will be taking place from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in Room 234 courtesy of Tina W. There is no sign-up, just walk-up appointments.

* Parking: There is limited street parking around Central High School. Shuttles will be available from the former K-Mart parking lot to Central.

* Lunch: There will not be lunch offered this year through WWEC.  Please feel free to signup to attend the La Crosse Soup session from 11:20-12:50 in the New Commons. Attending this session has a suggested donation of $5. Like a La Crosse SOUP event, $5 will get you a soup lunch and a vote for your favorite pitch. Each middle school will be giving a pitch on a way to better their school or their community.  All donations will directly help fund the winning pitch!

Limited Capacity full

As educators, we are consistently giving to others, a lot of times at the expense of our own wellbeing. In this workshop, we will take a holistic view of who we are, what we consume and practical application for practices that enhance our self-awareness and wellbeing - including yoga, meditation, breathing and reflection. NOW is the time for self-care and self-healing so we can show up as the most resilient, intentional versions of ourselves and give from a place of clarity and fullness vs. depletion, stress and our own traumas. Please come with comfortable clothing and an open mind.

Take Away:
Thru this experience, attendees will leave feeling calmer, clearer and with a greater understanding for the practical application of yogic practices that enhance our self-awareness and wellbeing - including movement, meditation, breathing and reflection.
